Duties:

  • Filing, Scanning, and Printing, Keeping documents organised and accessible
  • Supporting the Customer Care and Sales teams with various administrative tasks.
  • Ordering Signage and Office Stationery.
  • Ensure the teams have the materials they need to succeed.
  • Raising Invoices and help maintain our financial records with accuracy.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • High level of professionalism and adaptability.
