Duties:
- Filing, Scanning, and Printing, Keeping documents organised and accessible
- Supporting the Customer Care and Sales teams with various administrative tasks.
- Ordering Signage and Office Stationery.
- Ensure the teams have the materials they need to succeed.
- Raising Invoices and help maintain our financial records with accuracy.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- High level of professionalism and adaptability.
