Duties:

  • Admin support for 2 departments
  • Support the financial director with raising payments and inputting data for budgets
  • Liaising with the estimators closely
  • Manage fees, raising invoices and purchase orders
  • Managing the budgets and tracking costs
  • Assist with interactive plans for the sales team
  • Assist the buying team

Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • High level of professionalism and adaptability.
