Job Title: Two-Man Trades Team
Location: Kent
Pay Rate: £21.25 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable two-man trades team to join our project in Kent, most of the work will be in between Dartford and Medway, but could potentially could be elsewhere within Kent. The team will be required to strip out existing bathrooms, install new bathrooms, and lay flooring in occupied social housing units. The ideal candidates must have their own vans, tools, and the necessary certifications.
Responsibilities:

Strip out existing bathrooms.

Install new bathrooms to a high standard.

Lay flooring efficiently and professionally.

Coordinate with site management and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Adhere to health and safety regulations, particularly regarding asbestos awareness.

Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues promptly.
Requirements:

Proven experience in bathroom installation and flooring.

Own vans and tools.
-
Valid asbestos awareness certification.

DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.Â

Valid driving licenses for both team members.

Professional and presentable appearance.

Passionate about the role and committed to maintaining high standards.

Ability to work effectively as a team.
