Fire & Security Project Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee UK projects within the fire and security industry. This role involves managing installations, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire and security systems, along with a proven ability to manage projects effectively from start to finish.

Basic Salary: Up to 52,000 per annum
Vehicle / Vehicle Allowance: 525 per month (subject to candidate preference)
Additional Benefits: Pension, Life Assurance, and more

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the timely and budget-compliant delivery of all projects.
  • Review and manage technical and contractual elements of project files.
  • Develop and monitor work bank forecasts to achieve monthly budget targets.
  • Select and manage subcontract labour, direct resources, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors for planning and execution.
  • Attend site meetings and visit regional offices as required.
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including conducting tool box talks, audits, and reporting accidents or near misses.
  • Ensure Environmental Compliance in relation to waste disposal and returns of transfer notes.
  • Perform additional management duties relevant to your expertise.
Requirements: We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, proactive, and passionate about delivering quality service. Ideal candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Fire & Security Project Management.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, ensuring they meet budget and time expectations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work well under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive problem solver.
  • Full, UK Driver's License.
