Salary / Benefits £24k - £40k + Training + BenefitsA nationally recognised Asbestos Consultancy who have a leading presence in the South East of England are now seeking to take on a BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor. This role would suit someone who is looking to join a forward thinking and continuously growing company. Attending their long standing client sites, including Educational, Manufacturing, and Heavy Industry, you will be responsible for conducting the full range of surveying services in line with HSG 264 guidelines. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Dartford, Chatham, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Gillingham, Canterbury, Ashford, Croydon, Epsom, Reigate, Crawley, Haslemere, Horsham, Woking, Guildford, Bracknell, Windsor, Reading, Basingstoke, Alton, Winchester, Eastleigh, Petersfield.Experience & Qualifications: " Experience working as a qualified Asbestos Surveyor for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. " Will hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent. " Managing workload appropriately in line with company and client needs. " Good IT skills, confident in using TEAMS / TRACKER. " Exceptional knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines. The Role:" Undertaking management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys in line with HSG 264 guidelines. " Carrying out thorough re-inspection surveys." Carrying out sampling of ACMs, ensuring to bag and label correctly prior to sending for analysis. " Producing detailed, site specific reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
