Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Drainage Surveyor to join the team. The main purpose of this role is to support the Drainage Engineering Team.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £28,500 P/A, depending on experience, plus Overtime, as well as training to further your career development. This is a full time permanent position

Reporting to the PPM Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • To attend new & existing sites as the team lead to assess access, investigate external, internal & high-level drainage condition and number of drainage assets within demise
  • Create detailed notes to describe how maintenance can be carried out on that site, what teams & equipment are required.
  • Information to be used to formulate PPM quotation.
  • Assistant surveyor to assist with manoeuvring tools around site & complete job paperwork.
  • Site surveys of below-ground and internal drainage systems, including high-level drainage (gutters/roof drainage).
  • Creating drainage plans from hand and via tables for internal drainage systems.
  • Stay away work is required at times (approx 1 in 3 weeks)

The ideal candidate:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Availability to complete overtime
  • Availability to complete weekend work
  • CSCS Card
  • Only a small amount of Drainage experience is required, willing to take junior candidates
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional punctuality
  • Basic technology use
