Business Development Executive / Sales SupportSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOEFull-Time | Office-Based | Gravesend, Kent

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive / Sales Support Officer to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and brokers.

You will play a key role in supporting new business leads and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial enquiry to underwriting. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic financial services company that values professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team for new business leads
  • Building and maintaining relationships with brokers and clients via phone and email
  • Assisting with packaging deals for the underwriting team
  • Supporting senior leadership with essential sales data and reports
  • Consulting clients and brokers on their requirements and ensuring timelines are met
  • Issuing and following up on Decision in Principle (DIP) documents to progress applications
  • Registering brokers to ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Managing and updating sales pipelines, invoices, and internal records
  • Engaging with new brokers to generate business opportunities
  • Handling direct enquiries and liaising with relevant departments
