We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive / Sales Support Officer to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and brokers.
You will play a key role in supporting new business leads and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial enquiry to underwriting. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic financial services company that values professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing administrative support to the sales team for new business leads
- Building and maintaining relationships with brokers and clients via phone and email
- Assisting with packaging deals for the underwriting team
- Supporting senior leadership with essential sales data and reports
- Consulting clients and brokers on their requirements and ensuring timelines are met
- Issuing and following up on Decision in Principle (DIP) documents to progress applications
- Registering brokers to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Managing and updating sales pipelines, invoices, and internal records
- Engaging with new brokers to generate business opportunities
- Handling direct enquiries and liaising with relevant departments
Essential:
- Strong oral and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality service
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to industry changes
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
