Hospitality Sales Consultant
Salary: £30k per annum

Reed is excited to be working with an international multi-service provider, offering textile, hygiene and facility services solutions.
We are seeking a Hospitality Sales Consultant to join their Northfleet site. Selling bespoke linen solutions and ancillary services including workwear and washroom solutions into hotels and restaurants, customers will include small to medium sized companies spanning the hospitality sector.This role offers an uncapped commission structure that rewards success. On target, a Hospitality Sales Consultant can earn around £12,000 commission per year.Your Mission:
- Target and win new linen rental contracts within the Hospitality sector.
- Take full accountability for sales activities in the assigned territory for all customers of bed, table and hotel spa linen.
- Deliver effective, compelling sales calls and presentations to drive sales.
- Demonstrate or present products and services to General Managers, Buyers and Housekeeping staff.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and objectives on a monthly / quarterly and annual basis.
- Develop business plans in order to optimise new business sales.
What will make you stand out?
- Ability to persuade and influence people at all levels and develop good working relationships.
- Minimum of 2 years' field sales experience.
- Experience in hospitality sector is beneficial.
- A proven track record of commercial awareness, achieving sales targets and excellent negotiation skills.
- A self-starter and ability to organise self to ensure tasks are carried out in a timely manner.
- MS Office and general IT skills including use of CRM systems.
- Good negotiation skills with ability to win new business independently.
