Location: Ebbsfleet (You will need access to your own transport due to the location of this company)

Salary: 26,000 - 30,000

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project documentation, including drawings, permits, and contracts.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections.
  • Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of project budgets, including tracking and recording expenses.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor and track project progress, highlighting any issues or delays to the project team.
  • Assist with the preparation of project close-out documentation.

Requirements:
