We’re seeking an experienced HSEC, Risk, Systems & Assurance Advisor to join our team in Gravesend, Kent. If you're passionate about driving health, safety, environmental, and compliance initiatives and want to work with a progressive company, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply, develop, and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSEC) management systems, aligning with current legislation and industry best practices.
• Support the Head of HSEC in maintaining and updating IMS documents and systems to meet long-term site and corporate standards.
• Review and align corporate systems with Business Risk Management (BRM) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Oversee and maintain the internal audit programme, ensuring adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Serve as the point of contact for accreditations and certifications, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001.
• Host internal and external audits, managing relationships with certification and registration bodies.
• Collaborate with all departments to enhance and improve their HSEC management systems and capabilities.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in HSEC Systems
• Experience in a similar role 
• Manufacturing experience
