- General data-entry onto the internal data base
- Updating spreadsheets and exporting data on Excel
- Responding to emails and processing customer orders
- Transferring records into the CRM system and updating this accordingly
- General administration duties including filing, faxing, ordering stationary
- Previous administration experience is a must
- Experience with Excel is highly desirable
- Candidate must be immediately available to start a new role
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to prioritise workload and be highly organised
- 1-month temporary assignment
