The RoleIn this hands-on position, you'll maintain and enhance food manufacturing operations. From diagnosing and repairing breakdowns to routine maintenance and PPM, your expertise will keep our systems running smoothly. You'll guide Machine Operators, fabricate and fit new parts, assist with hygiene processes, and perform pre-production start-ups. With cold storage and fast-moving machinery as part of the landscape, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to shine.
About YouYou will bring a balance of mechanical and electrical engineering skills, backed by NVQ Level 3 or higher qualifications. Experience in manufacturing or food production is essential, along with strong diagnostic abilities in PLCs and inverters. Resilience, problem-solving acumen, and a commitment to high standards make you a perfect fit for this role.
