Our Client is a UKAS Accredited outfit with a strong presence UK-wide. They are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their busy South East team. You will be conducting the full range of Asbestos Surveys and Site Analytical duties to prestigious Client sites across the region. You will ideally need to be based in or around: Gravesend, Chatham, Maidstone, Dartford, Orpington, Bromley, Sutton, Croydon, Epsom, Crawley, Woking, Guildford, Kingston upon Thames, Hounslow, Southall, Slough, Harrow, Wembley, Watford, St Albans, Luton, Enfield, Stevenage, Harlow, Bishop's Stortford, Chelmsford, Basildon, Romford, Ilford.
Experience / Qualifications:
- You will be working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, or must hold previous experience working within the position
- Will hold the BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications (or RSPH equivalents)
- Excellent and rounded technical knowledge
- Able to produce accurate and detailed written reports and schematic drawings
- Strong communication and Client-facing skills
The Role:
- Undertaking the full range of Asbestos surveys, including: Management, Refurbishment and Demolition
- Conducting 4 Stage Clearances, personal, background, leak and re-occupation air testing
- Writing detailed technical reports
- Supporting and overseeing site operatives
- Discussing technical issues and providing updates directly with Clients
