Complaint and Debt Handler

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm

North Kent, Office Based

An exciting, fast paced and challenging customer service opportunity has become available working within a well- established practice located in Gravesend. My client is looking for a candidate to work on a full time, permanent basis, who has strong customer service experience working within the legal sector. Experience handling complaints is highly desired!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who strives to achieve high customer satisfaction!

Duties of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with external parties to support with handling complaints.
  • Conduct full investigations regarding complaints and collating all necessary information within time frames.
  • Adhere to company procedures when handling complaints.
  • Accurately logging information regarding complaints on the system.
  • Chasing payments from external parties.
  • Letter writing.
  • General email and telephone correspondence.

To bag yourself an interview for this role you will have/be:

  • Experience working within a legal practice.
  • Complaint handling experience.
  • Experience managing debt collection.
  • Able to work independently and use own initiative.
  • Able to be sensitive when handling difficult calls.
  • Able to remain calm when working under pressure.
  • Positive work attitude and self- motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional written and administration skills.
