Vision for Education is working in partnership with a Primary School in Gravesend to appoint a highly professional, dedicated and motivated Early Years Teacher. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front, creating a classroom environment which is enriching, motivating and inclusive
  • Deliver outstanding, innovative classroom experiences for learners
  • Assess and document children’s individual progress, fostering a learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential, regardless of their ability
  • Work effectively alongside Teaching Assistants and other support staff, as well as forming positive professional relationships with parents and pupils
  • Actively engage in professional development opportunities
  • Strive to consistently deliver against the school’s ethos by promoting engagement and enjoyment through discovery and investigation
  • To promote and safeguard the welfare of all children in line with the school’s safeguarding procedures

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Experience in EYFS and KS1 would be advantageous
