As Junior Sous Chef you will be trained in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen, including menu design, costing, stock control, ordering, maintaining all health, safety and hygiene procedures along with training and motivating the team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a good quality, busy establishment and feel passionately about cooking with fresh, seasonal produce.
