R&D Consultant, (3-6 months)

£600 per day (Outside ir35)

Are you an experienced R&D Consultant with a track record of developing 'best in class' product solutions for engineering environments?

Do you have experience and knowledge of building bespoke product solutions with manufacturing/engineering?

Have you led change programmes linked to high growth?

Are you solutions led with an ability to implement positive strategic change?

What will the role involve?

• Root and branch review of R&D to identify where improvements need to be made to support continued business growth,
• Map out current R&D processes and capacity, SOP's, systems, and resources making recommendations on 'best in class' R&D department,
• Advise board on short, medium, and long-term R&D Strategy,
• Solutions led - provide ongoing advice and development of bespoke solutions for

Ideal Skills and Experience

• Experience within a £100m+ business is essential,
• Significant experience in R&D Consultancy developing processes, people, and systems,
• Bespoke Product Development experience essential,
• Experience mapping R&D processes, capacity and capability vs growth,
