Requirements:

- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent)

- Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant, preferably within a KS2 setting.

- Experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) is highly desirable.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support students and collaborate with staff.

- Ability to foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

- Commitment to personal and professional development, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
