Salary Range: £83.33 - £90.00 per day (Depending on experience)

About the role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring that every child can thrive.
Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant:
- Support class teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson delivery.
- Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.
- Provide emotional and behavioural support, ensuring a safe learning environment.
- Assist with lesson planning and the preparation of learning materials.
- Monitor and report on student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
Requirements of the Teaching Assistant:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
- Be proactive, energetic, kind, and caring towards students.
- A fully checkable work history.
- Flexibility to adapt to various teaching styles and environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in a teaching assistant role is beneficial.
- Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
