About the Role:Kingdom People Kent are actively recruiting skilled horticultural workers and park rangers to join a local council’s team. With spring around the corner, this is a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors, maintain public spaces, and gain valuable experience that can open doors for career growth within the council.
Key Responsibilities:- Grounds Maintenance – Grass cutting, gardening, and tree surgery
- Lawn Care – Ride-on mowing, gang mowing for football pitches and open spaces
- Park Management – Park ranger duties and general upkeep
- Equipment Operation – Handling agricultural machinery
- Driving & Towing – Van driving and trailer towing (Relevant licenses required)
? Team Player – Work collaboratively in a team environment? Attention to Detail – Maintain high standards of work? Pride in Work – Take responsibility for delivering quality results? Valid Driving License & Own Vehicle – Essential for the role? Towing Experience (Trailer License Required) – Preferred but not essential? Willingness to Work in All Weather Conditions – Outdoor role
