We're seeking an enthusiastic and organised HR Coordinator to support our FMCG Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a positive company culture and ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department.

Description

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organise training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organising team building activities
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Profile

A successful HR Coordinator should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
  • CIPD level 3 qualified
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
