Are you CIPD Level 5 qualified? Are you immediately available? We are currently seeking a professional HR Advisor to join our Client's team in Gravesend initially on a temporary basis with the opportunity for a permanent role.

  • Role: HR Advisor
  • Location: Gravesend (Fully office based)
  • Rate: £15.00 per hour
  • Start: ASAP
  • Term: Temp to perm

What You'll Do:

As the HR Advisor, you will be the essential link between the HR Manager and Line Managers. Your role will primarily focus on administrative duties and running the HR department smoothly, ensuring that processes are efficient and effective.

  • Be the go-to person for HR inquiries, providing support and guidance to Line Managers.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including sending letters and managing documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment and on-boarding.
  • Cover for the HR Manager one day a week, ensuring continuity and support.
  • Address complaints and grievances, particularly those related to performance issues, with a focus on resolution and support.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proactive and enthusiastic individual with experience in HR administration
  • Ideally a CIPD Level 5
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff at all levels
  • A knack for problem-solving and handling sensitive issues with discretion and empathy
