We are seeking a Private Client Partner for our clients’ busy Private Client department in Gravesend.
As a Private Client Partner, you will be essential in offering specialised legal advice and guidance on a range of private client matters. Your responsibilities will encompass wills, powers of attorney, court of protection matters, trusts, estates, inheritance, tax and deputyship. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to the firm's clients. Responsibilities
- Lead the firm’s private client department and champion excellence in legal services
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance across a broad spectrum of private client matters
- Collaborate with a talented team to deliverexceptional client service
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor: 8 years min PQE
- STEP qualification or equivalent (desired)
- Additional relevant professional accreditations are desirable
- A following would be advantageous
- Experience in dealing with a range of private client matters, including estate planning, wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, estates, probate, inheritance tax planning, court of protection, deputyship, and charities
- Strong business development and networking skills are advantageous
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- A track record of achieving and exceeding targets and expectations
- Strong commercial acumen and a dedication to delivering exceptional client care
