- Providing secretarial support alongside the Legal Secretary team
- Typing and document preparation
- Managing post and general administration
- Opening and closing files
- Archiving and liaising with storage providers
- Experience in Probate, Commercial, or Family Law (experience in at least one area required)
- Strong secretarial skills in at least one or two areas of law
- Proactive and adaptable approach to work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with office and remote work – initial three months in-office, followed by hybrid working
