- Delivering administrative and secretarial assistance as part of a supportive secretarial team
- Producing legal documents and transcribing dictation
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and carrying out routine office tasks
- Setting up and closing client matters
- Filing and coordinating with external document storage services
- Background in at least one of the following areas: Wills & Probate, Business Law, or Family Law
- Solid secretarial experience within at least one or two legal specialisms
- Confident, organised, and able to adapt to varied workloads
- Capable of working on your own initiative as well as within a team setting
- Open to flexible working – initially office-based for three months, then transitioning to a hybrid model
