We are currently seeking a Domestic Appliance/White Goods Engineer to join our expanding team. With a strong reputation for delivering outstanding customer service, we are the approved service provider for both Beko Group Appliances PLC and Howdens Lamona.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times.
- Strive for first-time fixes on all customer repairs.
- Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Manage van stock and prioritize your workload effectively.
- Participate in training to enhance your technical skills.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and colleagues.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and basic IT competency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- F-GAS or Safe Gas certification (eligible for an additional £1,000 per year per qualification).

Job Details:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in white goods repairs.
- Ideally based in or around the Gravesend area.
- GCSE or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
