Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting an Operations Admin.

The main purpose of this role is to work alongside Technical Support and Scheduling team to ensure the smooth running of the remedials Admin department daily.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £25,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus 

This is a full-time, permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Arrange and organise works for remedials field operatives ensuring all works are booked in and arranged with the clients on a daily basis.
  • Organising correct materials and equipment
  • Liaising with the Technical Team Members and Supervisor/Manager
  • Ensuring all client portals and relevant systems are updated accordingly and efficiently.
  • Liaising daily via phone call and email with contractors/clients and suppliers.
