Operations Administrator
Salary up to £25,000
Location – Gravesend
Permanent position / Monday - Friday / 09:00am – 17:00pm

Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Remedials Operations Administrator.
The main purpose of this role is to be proactive and ensure the smooth running of the fast-paced Remedials department daily.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £25,000, depending on experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Orders materials for approved works and arrange delivery to correct yard
- Arrange and organise works for remedials field operatives ensuring all works are booked in and arranged with the clients daily.
- Liaising with the Technical Team Members and Supervisor/Manager
- Liaising daily via phone call and email with contractors/clients and suppliers
- Working from a shared inbox and ensuring all emails are responded to in a timely manner
- Supporting other members of the internal scheduling team
- Operative will also step in and support with scheduling field operatives works if/when another team member is away from the business.
The ideal candidate:
- Willingness to understand the drainage industry.
- Computer literate – Word, excel. Oral and written communication skills.
- A strong team player.
- The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload.
- A pleasant, confident telephone manner
