The role is a full time, permanent position based in Northfleet working Mon to Fri, days.

As Production Leader, you will need to demonstrate highly people-oriented leadership skills, where you can influence change, get the best out of your people and instil a continuous improvement mindset. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will lead your team of c40 in respect of ensuring that the site runs as efficiently as possible. In addition, and in conjunction with the Operations Manager, you will be involved in planning, support the achievement and communication of departmental KPI's, and ensure procedures are followed. An engaging and collaborative approach to man-management will continue to ensure a strong focus on teamwork, in which people feel valued and that they really are part of the overall success of the business. Key areas of responsibility also include compliance and HR, and H&S matters.
