We want to speak to candidates who are a whizz on Excel, are used to multitasking and who are used to working at a fast pace.
Our client based in Gravesend is looking for someone to join their team as a Temp to cover staff sickness initially for 3 weeks but there is potential for it to extend.
Key Duties:
- Support the helpdesk function within the team
- Scheduling and assigning work
- Liaise with external third parties such as suppliers and contractors
- Keep up to date with and maintain records
- Updating availability for sub-contractors
- Arranging training internal and external training
- Ensuring work is carried out and completed in a timely manner with the internal systems updated
- Maintain Health and Safety records, ensuring Risk Assessments are uploaded and updated
