- City & Guilds / NVQ
- CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- Happy to be available on call out of hours 1 week in 4
- Previous experience in residential / social housing maintenance
- Skilled and competent in all aspects of residential plumbing work
- You'll be a dependable and hard-working team member who is confident in dealing with residents in a friendly and professional manner.
