Pearson Whiffin are seeking to work with Graduates with an ambition to work in schools.  We are seeking Graduates, based in Kent, to support primary, secondary and SEND schools across Kent by working as Teaching Assistants, Classroom Support, Learning Support, SEND Support and Classroom Cover / Cover Supervisors.  These roles are a great way of building experience and can be a gateway to qualified teaching opportunities in the future.

Roles are available full or part time and in locations across Kent including Dartford, Tonbridge / Tunbridge Wells, Gravesend, Medway, Sittingbourne / Swale, Maidstone and East Kent

In order to take on this role you will need: 

  • A degree or equivalent qualification
  • A commitment to working with school age children
  • The ability and desire to support students in their academic studies
  • The patience and empathy to support students emotional and educational needs
  • The resistance and authority to manage challenging behaviour and follow school policy
