Mechanical Supervisor - Civils
Carbon60 are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor - Civils to join an engineering design, project and construction management services company with excellent progression opportunities and a great culture of development. The main purpose of this job is responsibility for the successful delivery of supplier/sub-contractor packages on a multi-disciplined project in a safe, healthy, and environmentally aware way.
ROLE: Mechanical Supervisor - Civils
LOCATION: East London
SALARY: 500 - 550 per day
HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday, nights, site based
JOB TYPE: Contract (6 weeks)
THE ROLE:
- Responsible for implementation of Company and Project HSE Policy and the execution of Principal Contractor duties in accordance with CDM Regulations.
- Implementation of Company and Project Quality Plans and Procedures.
- Monitoring and progressing the works against the Contract Project Programme
- Progress control of all discipline project contractors
- Resolution of discipline general site engineering matters
- Liaising with client and contractors regards to all construction services.
- Holding all relevant project specifications
- Interface and liaison with project engineering disciplines
- Co-ordinating of discipline activities
- Record keeping and diary management
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Appropriate engineering construction experience in mechanical and civils projects
- IOSH and/or CCNSG qualification
- Inspection qualifications as applicable to discipline
- Experienced in quality management and assurance
