An Assistant Quantity Surveyor is needed for a leading Kent contractor specializing in retail fit-out and residential maintenance services.
The role requires 18 months or more of experience in a contracting environment and a degree qualification in Quantity Surveying is beneficial.
Responsibilities include producing sub-contractor orders, assisting with monthly valuations, dealing with variations, and analyzing tender returns.
The salary for the position ranges from £32,500 to £37,500, and the role involves elements of Project Management and site visits as needed.
Candidates will work with an experienced Commercial Manager and gain comprehensive exposure to the construction life cycle.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Assistant Quantity Surveyor required for a leading Kent contractor specialising in retail fit-out and residential maintenance services. Assistant Quantity Surveyors will be working with an experienced Commercial Manager, with responsibility for procurement, variations and valuations. Assistant Quantity Surveyors with 18 months + experience in a contracting environment will be best suited to this opportunity. Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying is also beneficial.

The role will also involve elements of Project Management and other areas, providing all round exposure to the construction life cycle.

Assistant Quantity Surveyors will be based out of the Kent head office with site visits as and when required.
