Vacancy: SALES / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Gravesend, DA12

Salary: OTE £37k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We need a Senior Sales orSales Negotiator / Estate Agent! A candidate with exceptional selling and negotiating skills for a role in the Gravesend area.

The perfect candidate will have a “can-do” attitude and be looking to further their career in Estate Agency with a company that recognises talent, offers a supportive environment and great career progression.

You should currently be working in the estate agency industry in residential sales and have a good understanding of the residential property sales process, have experience in listings and valuations as well as an excellent personal sales record and a comprehensive understanding of what great customer service means.

A good local knowledge of the Gravesend area would be helpful.
