A smart, established, multi-branched local independent Estate & Lettings Agency based in the Sittingbourne area are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to help drive the team and increase the market share of this well-known and highly visible brand.

You will need have a great track record in Estate Agency property sales, instruction generation and team management. You will assume full responsibility for motivating the office and providing the team with direction and inspiration.

You will be a professional, committed, performance focused, experienced Estate Agent with exceptional communication and supervisory skills; determination, and enthusiasm and be able to deliver the very highest customer service and in turn deliver great result.

The perfect candidate will have previous experience as a in Estate Agency and be looking to take the next step in their career. Familiarity with the local area would be helpful.

The Company: Our client is a busy independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around the North Kent and South-East London area.

Skills required for this Sales Manager role will include:

• Experienced Branch Sales Manager or aspiring Assistant Manager
• Experience in valuations and gaining instructions.
• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills.
• High level of customer service skills
• Great telephone manner and positive attitude
• Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Gravesend and surrounding area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
