Your hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum

Your pay: £24,672 per annum

Where you’ll work: This role is based at North Kent College’s Gravesend campus, but the nature of the work may require travel to any of the College sites.

We have an exciting opportunity at our Gravesend campus for an experienced administrator within our dynamic Estates Department.

The Estates Officer will be accountable for administrative requirements of the Estates functions across our North campuses (Dartford & Gravesend) including maintaining records, checking contractor compliance, scheduling repair works, obtaining quotes and arranging emergency call outs.

A key role will also be to monitor the Estate Helpdesk System and ensuring job requests are allocated to the relevant staff on each campus and are progressed through to completion. You will also be responsible for liaising with staff to ensure college vehicles are allocated correctly, serviced and fully maintained.

In this role you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support, and coordination skills to oversee contract delivery across the department (North).

The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Teams, experienced in processing data quickly and accurately and have a methodical, organised approach to your work. They will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines and statutory timescales whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
