We are recruiting for a lovely secondary school in the Gravesend area who are looking for a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant with First Aid Training to join their team and contribute to the well-being and academic success of their students. The school are committed to providing a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive. The ideal candidate will provide classroom support to teachers, assist with student learning, and ensure the safety and well-being of pupils.
Key Requirements:
- Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students as directed by the teacher.
- Promote a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement.
- Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime and school activities.
- Administer First Aid when required and ensure students' medical needs are promptly addressed.

Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Pay: 90 - 120 per day (dependent on experience)
