Salary: 42-45,000/annum
Are you an experienced leader in the health and social care sector with a passion for delivering high-quality services? Our client is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Service Manager to join their team, working within the Learning Disabilities & Autism division. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring our services meet all CQC regulations, leading a team of dedicated staff, and making a real difference in the lives of those they support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams to deliver Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) effectively.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain high service quality.
- Manage all aspects of service delivery, including budget oversight, stakeholder relationships, and staff development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and safeguard the well-being of customers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Extensive experience in managing CQC-registered services.
- Strong background in supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Relevant Health and Social Care Management qualification (e.g., QCF Level 5).
