We are seeking an inspirational and committed French Teacher to join our supportive Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Department. The ideal candidate will share our values of engaging, empowering, and encouraging students to fulfil their fullest potential.
Day to Day of the Role:- Deliver innovative and creative French lessons that engage and challenge students.
- Collaborate with the MFL Department to support workload and wellbeing.
- Inspire and motivate students to exceed expectations and aspire to high achievements.
- Work both collaboratively and independently, using personal initiative to enhance teaching practices.
- Contribute to the department’s capacity for professional promotion and development.
- Passion for Modern Foreign Languages, particularly French.
- Enthusiasm for innovative and creative teaching practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- High aspirations for student achievement and personal professional development.
- Relevant teaching qualification and eligibility to work in the UK.
- Opportunities for rapid career progression and development into posts of responsibility, including Senior Leadership Team (SLT) roles.
