ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Working as part of a wider team
* Delivering outstanding service to colleagues & customers at all times
* File checking
* Scanning orders
* Making order files
* Finding files
* Completing quotation request paperwork
* Raising new project paperwork
* Delivering paperwork to appropriate departments
* Assisting other departments as required
* Carrying out any other tasks that may be necessary for the smooth running of the site
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Excellent communication with a strong attention to detail
* The ability to multi task
* Good administration skills
* Computer literate
* The ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
* The ability to find solutions to challenges
