Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of education for our students by supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers. This role is essential in ensuring that students continue to learn and progress in a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain on task.
  • Support students with their learning and address any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Follow the school's policies and procedures, including behaviour management.
