Rent Finance Officer | Interim | £150 - £175 per day | Immediate Start

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Housing Association in in the South who are looking to recruit a Rent Finance Officer to their busy and growing team. The role is offered on an initial 6-month interim contract, with hybrid working and a great benefits package.

Duties:

Responsible for rent setting
Offering expert advice in management of rents and arrears
Producing management information reports from the rent accounting system in accordance with management requirements
Dealing with internal/external quires and complains
Presenting and translating financial information to a varied audience

Experience:

Experience working Housing Sector rents is ESSENTIAL
Able to pick up new processes and systems quickly and efficiently
AAT qualified or experience to this level
