We are recruiting in the South East of England, for a professional and forward-thinking Asbestos Administrator. You will be joining a well-established outfit, to successfully support new and existing client projects, through effective work allocation and managing thorough communications with all members of the business. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude and must be able to think on their feet. Our client is offering competitive salaries and benefits for the successful applicant.

Applicants will need to be within a commutable location, so you will ideally be based in: Grays, Tilbury, South Benfleet, Basildon, Wickford, Hockley, Southend-on-Sea, Burnham-on-Crouch, Billericay, Chelmsford, Romford, Hornchurch, Ilford, Barking, Dagenham, Rainham, Epping, Harlow, Enfield, Cheshunt.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Will have experience working as an Administrator within a UKAS accredited asbestos company
- Good level of industry knowledge / experience
- Ideally will have experience with TEAMS and / or TRACKER
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Proficient with IT software
- An effective communicator

The Role:
- You will be providing administrative support in order to successfully deliver projects to a busy portfolio of clients
- Managing diaries for a team of asbestos site staff, arranging and moving appointments
- Answering client queries via telephone and email
- Ensuring site staff are attending sites as organised and meeting project deadlines
- Proof-reading asbestos survey reports before sending onto clients
- Maintaining up-to-date internal records and systems
- Contacting clients to provide project updates
- Giving administrative support to members of management and directors when required
