  • Due to relocation, growth and company expansion we are seeking to add to our team with further new talent across various areas.


THE ROLE:

  • This position is a key part of our commercial team and involves full management of our internal sales, account management and customer care team.
  • This is currently a small team of 3 but with ambitious growth plans for the next 12 months.
  • Your role will be varied and include a combination of managing and supporting the team in addition to direct personal account management.
  • You will be responsible for performance management, hiring and support across the team including resolving complex account queries and the associated business administration.

THE APPLICANT:

The successful candidate will have experience of team management or team leadership within an internal telesales/customer service team.

  • Candidates must have experience working within a B2B internal sales environment

  • Candidates must have strong experience in the areas of business admin, sales and customer service.
