We are seeking a Contracts/Project Manager for an Essex-based building contractor operating in the south-east.
The role involves managing projects valued between £50k and £1m, including fit-out, refurbishment, and new builds.
This primarily office-based position requires occasional site visits and is client-facing, focusing on estimating, pricing, and project delivery.
Candidates must have experience managing 3-4 concurrent projects, each valued around £500k.

We are currently looking to recruit a Contracts/Project manager to work for an Essex based building contractor with work throughout the south-east.

Projects typically rangefrom 50k to 1m in value and can be a combination of fit-out ,refurbishment and new build.

Primarily office based, with visits to site as and when needed, the role is client facing andinvolvesestimating and pricing work through to site set up and delivery .

Candidate will need to have experience of running 3-4 projects concurrently of c500k in value.
