Are you experienced in Credit Control and Commercial and Residential property supervision?

Do you have experience of Sage for Invoicing?

I am looking for a Supervisor to look after a department for a Park Home company

  • Raise rent and Insurance invoices in Sage for Commercial Tenants.
  • Posting commercial receipts into rent sheets and Sage.
  • Reconciling balances between rent sheets and Sage and raising invoices and credit notes to update Sage as necessary.
  • Posting of purchase invoices for commercial account and arranging payments.
  • Responsible for renting Commercial and Private properties owned by company and chairman.
  • Microsoft Excel/Word proficient. Sage 200 training will be given.
  • Liaison with maintenance team to rectify any issues for rental properties.
  • Liaise with agents to find new tenants (residential and commercial) and ensure all appropriate legal documents are in place under the terms of rental legislation where the company manages the properties.
  • Undertake Commercial Contract administration and ensure all contracts are signed by tenant or leaseholder with due diligence checks performed.
  • Draw up and issue new/revised commercial and domestic rental agreements.
  • Liaise with solicitors for the preparation of new leases and amendments of existing agreements.
  • Liaise with councils to advise of new and vacating tenants to ensure correct council tax and rates are payable by correct entity.
  • Dealing with Valuations to ensure we are being billed correct rates/council tax.
  • Liaise with customer care team re container rentals manage rent sheet and account and ensure timely collection of rents due.
  • Liaison with Park Managers/Sales area managers regarding properties on parks. Arranging checks when tenants vacate if not managed by agents.
  • Deal with business rates /valuations office and final utility bills for Commercial and Residential properties
  • Oversee various projects relating to new developments /refurbishments liaising with project manager/contractors to then make available for rental.
  • Agree annual rent reviews with CEO liaising with sales team and to issue letters to commercial tenants when reviews are due.
  • Updating of database with new /vacating tenants information. Training to be given
  • Assist in raising County Court Claims via HMCS on line system ensuring the pertinence and accuracy of textural and financial information given. Pass in a timely manner to the legal department for action.
  • Authorisation of write offs.
  • Liaison with Finance Director and Accounts Manager where necessary to update ledgers.
  • Arrange annual TV Licences as required.
  • Attendance at Health and Safety meetings for Head Office. Ensuring of all staff and visitors safety at all times.
  • Liaison with Holiday parks/ Inspection companies regarding Play Equipment annual inspections.
  • To oversee the recovery of monies due from residents/holiday home owners and commercial tenants.
  • Other Adhoc duties as and when they arise.
