Experienced Automotive Service Advisor required to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, and Saturdays, 8am - 2pm on a 1 in 3 rotation. Salary per hour is 25,000 - 27,000 depending on experience, plus achievable bonus plan. Fantastic additional perks available - such as pension, life assurance, employee car purchase scheme.

Daily duties:

  • Arrange vehicle services via telephone and face to face communication
  • Understand customer's requirements, addressing any specific concerns
  • Manage and follow up all work in progress on customer vehicles; liaise regularly with the customer and Workshop Controller (and Technicians as required) to meet pre-arranged time frames
  • Contact customers to advise of further services or costs that arise during the service
  • Arrange alternative transport for the customer

The ideal applicant will have a passion for customer service, excellent face to face and telephone communication skills. Computer literacy is essential, as is the ability to learn new systems quickly.
